T-2 seeks review of EUR 130 million compensation request

Nine years and two days after T-2 submitted the first EUR 130 million action for damages for alleged abuse of a dominant market position against Telekom Slovenije, in the period before 2007, a local district court will now examine a review proposal by T-2, reports Delo. In the meantime, there were two attempts to privatse Telekom Slovenije and two bankruptcy proceedings against T-2.
