T-Mobile Austria helps pilot smart rubbish collection with NB-IoT network

T-Mobile Austria announced that it's working with waste management and recycling company Saubermacher to develop smart sensors for rubbish bins that can indicate when the bin is full and needs to be emptied. A prototype of the smart bin, which uses T-Mobile's NB-IoT network for connectivity, will be exhibited at the Darwin's Circle Digital Conference at the House of Industry in Vienna.
