T-Mobile Austria must not advertise 'unlimited' data

The Austrian Consumer Association VKI has won an injunction against T-Mobile before the Vienna Commercial Court over its advertising 'unlimited surfing' when in fact the speed gets throttled to 64 kbps after usage of 3 GB or 6 GB. The court argued that such a slow connection restricts common use of the internet in a way that it makes it practically impossible to watch videos, or download photos or music.
