T-Mobile NL, Austria picks Interactive Intelligence system

T-Mobile Netherlands has selected Interactive Intelligence Group's cloud-based IP business communications system to help migrate customer service applications to the cloud. The new Interactive Intelligence Communications-as-a-Service system will support more than 700 employees at the T-Mobile offices in the Netherlands and Austria. The operator said its plans to centralise its communications management functions for calls, email and social media, should deliver a more efficient, reliable and customer-focused service. The new system will replace existing systems from Aspect, Avaya and Genesys,
