T-Mobile unveils eSim for international M2M communication

T-Mobile has introduced eSim, a first-of-its-kind approach to international wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) communication. The new eSim eliminates roaming costs for M2M communication in the U.S. and Canada, providing customers local data rates when located in each respective country. T-Mobile M2M enables always-on connectivity for products and services through T-Mobile's nationwide network and international partners. Companies can build eSim into a range of connected product categories including connected car and navigation and mobile health and wearables, among others. Beginning 18
