T-Mobile US nominates new member to board of directors

T-Mobile US has nominated Bavan Holloway to its board of directors. If elected by the company's shareholders, Holloway will join the board and its audit committee after the company's AGM on 3 June. The company's other 12 board members will be standing for re-election at the annual meeting, with the exception of Lawrence Guffey. Board member Stephen Kappes resigned effective 6 April.
