T-Mobile US planning USD 3.0 billion offering of senior notes

T-Mobile US is planning a USD 3 billion offering made up of USD 800 million worth of 2.250% senior notes due 2026, 1.1 billion worth of 3.375 percent senior notes due 2029, and USD 1.1 billion worth of 3.500 percent senior notes due 2031. The money raised will be used to redeem all or part of the company's 6.000 percent senior notes due 2023 and 6.000 percent senior notes due 2024 and 5.125 percent senior notes due 2025, with the rest going to the refinancing of debt.
