T-Mobile US starts USD 4.75 billion notes offering

T-Mobile US has agreed to sell USD 4.75 billion worth of senior secured notes in a private offering, including USD 1 billion worth of 2.250 percent of notes due 2031, USD 1.250 billion worth of 3.00 percent notes due 2041, USD 1.5 billion worth of 3.30 percent notes due 2051 and USD 1 billion worth of 3.6 percent notes due 2060. The new 2041 and new 2051 notes will make up additional issuances from offerings made in early October.
