T-Mobile US to sell USD 19 bln worth of notes in private offering

T-Mobile US said it has agreed to sell USD 19 billion worth of senior secured notes. The sale will consist of USD 3 billion worth of 3.500 percent senior secured notes due 2025, USD 4 billion worth of 3.7580 percent senior secured notes due 2027, USD 7 billion worth of 3.875 percent senior secured notes due 2030, USD 2 billion worth of 4.375 percent senior secured notes due 2040 and USD 3 billion worth of 4.500 percent senior secured notes 2050. The private offering is expected to close on 9 April, subject to the usual closing conditions.
