Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems and Empolis have donated the special 'Big Data - Smart Data' prize in the Federal Ministry of Economics start-up competition. The three winners were presented with their prizes at CeBIT by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Sigmar Gabriel, with total prize money worth EUR 10,000. First place went to Jena-based unired, which has developed an information system to coordinate fire and rescue service assignments. Berlin-based Dvisus took second place, with an app which aggregates all the real estate advertised online by portals, newspapers
