T-Systems runs vaccine booking portal in North-Rhine Westphalia with ServiceNow

Deutsche Telekom said that the booking system for vaccinations in North Rhine-Westphalia run by its subsidiary T-Systems and ServiceNow has proven effective. The portal handled 120,000 bookings in a few hours last Saturday and 160,000 on Sunday. It had a peak of 7,000 requests for appointments per second.
