T-Systems to take over Atento Brazil data centre

The Brazilian competition regulator Cade has approved the purchase of the Brazilian unit of the Atento telemarketing company by T-Systems do Brasil, provider of ICT outsourcing of the Deutsche Telecom group. Under the contract, T-Systems will migrate Atento's data centre operations in Brazil to the cloud and manage the operations for the next 10 years. No financial details were disclosed.
