Tablets, headphones, TVs first on e-gift list in the US

Tablets will be at the top of the electronic gift list prepared by 50 percent of US citizens for this holiday season, according to a national survey by SquareTrade. The survey shows that Americans expect to spend an average of USD 585 each on electronic gifts this year, with women spending USD 530 on average and men spending USD 638 on average. According to the poll on which electronic gift Americans want to receive, tablets are wanted by 29 percent, smartphones by 24 percent, and TVs by 22 percent. Also, 37 percent plan to give a tablet, 30 percent plan to give headphones and 28 percent plan
