TalkTalk CEO warns of weakening telecoms competition

TalkTalk Group CEO Dido Harding has warned that the UK's competitive telecoms market is waning, with power in the future consolidated between a few large companies. Writing in The Telegraph, Harding said that these large companies will have little incentive to offer customers the best possible prices, service, or new products. She called for reform to create a robust regulator able to champion the interests of consumers and uphold competition, warning that Ofcom was vulnerable to industry lawsuits.
