TalkTalk H1 revenues up 12%, maintains outlook

Tuesday 16 November 2010 | 14:16 CET | News
UK ISP TalkTalk finished September with a total 4.25 million broadband customers, up by 130,000 from a year earlier and 18,000 more than in June 2010. The company said it saw continued growth in the TalkTalk brand, and lower churn at its AOL business, but churn increased among other acquired brands such as Tiscali as some customers suffered service disruptions due to migration to TalkTalk systems. TalkTalk said it expects to complete the migration by year-end, and is also raising its cost savings targets from the acquisitions to GBP 55 million, from the earlier estimate of GBP 40-50 million.
