TalkTalk sees more additions, less churn as Q3 sales slip 5%

Wednesday 1 February 2017 | 09:53 CET | News
TalkTalk gave a trading update for the third quarter saying that its Fixed Low Price Plans, launched in early October, will drive net additions and lower churn into the fourth quarter, with its stable and higher quality retail base driving revenues in fiscal full year 2018. However, the move has had some short term impact in Q3 on-net revenue performance, as expected, mainly due to with lower new acquisition activity. The lower prices also heightened churn among legacy groups, taking on-net churn to 1.6 percent and net losses to 42,000 in the quarter.
