Luxembourg mobile operator Tango has refreshed its 'Smart' mobile proposition to enable customers to use their monthly call/text/data allowance within the EU at no extra cost, earlier than the planned deadline of 15 June set by EU telecoms regulation. Unlike the previous plans, the new proposition makes no distinction between data used nationally and elsewhere within the EU. The data allowance ranges from 0.5 GB with Tango's 'Smart S' tariff to 40 GB included in the top-tier 'Smart XXL' plan.
