Tanure wants to divide up Oi to attract partners

Brazilian businessman Nelson Tanure, connected to the Societe Mondiale fund (shareholder of Oi), is working on a judicial recovery plan "completely different" from the one presented by the company earlier this month, according to sources with knowledge of the matter, reports O Estado de Sao Paulo. One idea is to create subsidiaries and attract investors without relinquishing control.
