Tanzania has lowest mobile data prices in East Africa

Tanzania has the lowest mobile internet prices in East Africa, according to figures from UK technology research firm Cable, and published by East African. The Worldwide Mobile Data Pricing 2021 report said that Somalia no longer has the most affordable mobile internet in Africa, moving to third, as Sudan and Algeria take the first and second places respectively. In Sudan, the cost of mobile internet is USD 0.27 per 1 GB cheapest in Africa and fifth in the world.
