Tata, Cisco partner to create contact centre platform for enhanced customer experience

Tata Communications and Cisco expanded their partnership to provide enterprises with a fully-managed, multi-channel, intelligent and cloud-based Cisco Webex Contact Center platform. This joint offering is a managed platform with global reach enabled by Tata Communications' global digital infrastructure and managed services expertise.
