Taxify ventures into motorbike hailing in Kenya

Friday 16 March 2018 | 10:29 CET | News
Online taxi hailing company Taxify has introduced a new motorcycle hailing service in Kenya, making it the first ride sharing firm to venture into the sector. It is called Taxify Boda and will draw riders from the existing pool of independent motorcycle operators, then take them through vigorous verification including background checks, before incorporating them into the Taxify system. Taxify Kenya Operations Manager Chisom Anoke said the firm developed the service in response to the growing need for safe, organised and reliable motorbike services.
