Tcell expands retail chain in Sogd

Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell has expanded its retail chain in the Sogd region, opening four new shops and service centres. The new shops are located in the towns of Surkh, Punuk, Voru and Pendzhikent. The will provide access to a broad spectrum of operator services and let people top-up their handset balance.
