Tcell offers Chi Gap mobile VoIP app

Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell introduced the Chi Gap mobile application for voice and video calls. The calls are free among customers using the application in Russia and Tajikistan. Paid calls to Tajikistan networks are also possible with the application, TJS 0.03 per minute to the Tcell network and TJS 0.12 per minute to Megafon, Beeline and Babilon-Mobile, as well as to Tajikistan fixed networks. The application works with devices powered by the Android, iOS and Windows PC systems.
