TCL inks agreement for MPEG LA's AVC patent portfolio

TCL Electronics, a Chinese manufacturer of televisions and other consumer electronics based in Hong Kong, has become a licensee to MPEG LA's AVC patent portfolio license. Patent licensing company MPEG LA said the agreement resolves all patent disagreements between the two companies.
