TCRA imposes fines on radio stations for breaching content regulations

The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) has fined Dodoma-based RASI FM and Dar es Salaam-based Magic FM TZS 6 million for violating content regulations, reports the Daily News. TCRA's content committee vice-chairman, Joseph Mapunda said on 06 June, RASI FM aired a topic on sexual matters in its mid-day programme.
