Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) has launched a pilot project for biometric SIM card registration in six regions, reports the Daily News. TCRA Director General James Malaba named them as Iringa, Tanga, Singida, Coast, Dar es Salaam and 'Mjini Magharibi' in the Isles.
