TCRA says consumer protection rules enter force on 02 April

Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) has enacted regulations to address service users' concerns and to increase the efficiency of the telecom industry, The Citizen reported. This is in response to opinions and suggestions gathered from 3,278 communication consumers, stakeholders, service providers and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
