TDC AGM approves share capital hike, buy-back authorisations

TDC said that shareholders at its AGM on 06 March approved a motion to allow the company to buy back its own shares. Its holding may not exceed 10 percent of the nominal share capital. The purchase price of may not differ by more than 10 percent from the price quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. An amendment on the authorisation to increase the share capital was approved. The authorisation is now amended from DKK 108,229,770 to DKK 81,200,000 and extended until 18 March 2019.
