TDC brings YouSee customers support staff back in house

Danish operator TDC said its retail services division YouSee is taking over 800 customer service workers currently employed by Sitel. Bringing the jobs in house will improve customer care, it said. The staff will continue working in the same offices in Sonderborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen.
