TDC makes EUR 350 mln notes buyback offer to cut debt

Danish operator TDC has made a cash buy-back offer to holders of its EUR 800 million notes at 4.375 percent, due 2018, and to holders of its GBP 550 million notes at 5.625 percent, due 2023. TDC expects to accept tenders for an aggregate nominal amount of up to EUR 350 million. The purpose of the offers is to reduce TDC's gross debt.
