TDC Q1 revenue falls 4% and EBITDA down 2%, passes 17,000 homes with fibre as deployment rates pick up again

Danish operator TDC has reported a 3.5 percent fall in first quarter revenue to DKK 3.98 billion from DKK 4.13 billion a year earlier, amid declines in mature services and legacy technologies for internet and network, landline voice and television. The group said it had improved or stable commercial performance in every main product and more cost savings. TDC Net passed 17,000 homes with fibre during the quarter and fibre deployment is regaining pace.
