Tech Data lifts share buybacks by USD 200 mln after higher-than-expected Q2

Tech Data revenues passed expectations during the company's fiscal second quarter to end July, rising 2 percent from the year before to USD 9.092 billion. CEO Rich Hume said the quarter was powered by improvement across all geographies, a stable demand environment. As a result, Tech Data has authorised USD 200 million more worth of share buybacks.
