Tech Mahindra to give special dividend after growing revenues to INR 91.7 billion in Q2

Tech Mahindra said it will give out a special dividend of INR 15 per share after reporting higher revenues for its fiscal second quarter to end September. The company's profit figures were off year-on-year but higher than the previous quarter as the company experienced a revival in demand across multiple segments. The company also announced the acquisition of digital enterprise tech firm Momentum and tech consulting company Tenzing, sayign the deals will boost digital capabilities, plus modern cloud-based architecture and transformation services in Australia and New Zealand.
