Technetix demos 1Gbps symmetrical bandwidth on Australia's NBN network

Telecommunications equipment provider Technetix has won a contract to provide Australian broadband access network operator NBN Co with DBC-1200S smart amplifiers for a Hybrid Fibre Coax (HFC) access network trial. The trail demonstrated upload and download speeds of 1Gbps.
