Tejas Networks appoints Roy as COO

Tejas Networks has appointed C.B Bhave as an independent director and Arnob Roy as an executive director on its board. Roy will assume the role of Tejas Networks chief operating officer (COO) effective 25 March. With these additions, Tejas Networks' board includes three independent directors out of a total of six directors.
