Tele Columbus refinances and upsizes loan to reduce interest, outstanding debt

Tele Columbus expects that it will save nearly EUR 3.5 million in interest costs per year as a result of the refinancing. The company said it intends to use the additional EUR 50 million to partially refinance outstanding loans used to acquire shares in Munich-based cable operator KMS from Vodafone in October.
