Tele Columbus starts capital increase with Kublai

German cable operator Tele Columbus has announced a capital increase of EUR 475 million following antitrust approval granted for the company's takeover by Kublai. The subscription price per new share is set at EUR 3.25. The company will publish a prospectus with a framework for the subscription of the capital increase in the Federal Gazette.
