Tele Greenland to decide on sea cable extension late 2014

Tele-Post Greenland said a series of articles in newspaper AG and comments made the operator's CEO Michael Binzer have given have given a misleading impression about procedures for deciding whether to extend the telecommunications cable towards the north. Tele-Post has set aside a double-digit sum for investigations into whether such an extension would be technically feasible, and these results have come out in August. At the same time, there have been enquiries into finance, preparations and licensing. The company expects to complete this work in autumn 2014, after which it will decide
