Tele2 loses appeal against KPN wholesale rates

Tele2 has been ordered to pay KPN almost EUR 12 million for wholesale network services, after losing a court appeal against KPN's tariffs. The Rotterdam judge upheld the prices charged by KPN for colocation services, including electricity, for wholesale customers on its copper network. The case covered services going back to 2007. Last year the Dutch regulator ACM issued a retroactive amendment of the wholesale prices, prompting KPN to file a claim of EUR 8.7 million at Tele2.
