Tele2 Russia concludes cooperation agreements with 3 regions

Mobile operator Tele2 Russia has concluded cooperation agreements with governments of the city of St Petersburg, as well as of the Rostov and Ulyanovsk regions. The operator plans to invest RUB 8.7 billion in the telecommunications infrastructure development in St Petersburg by the end of 2019. Another RUB 4.4 billion will be invested in the Rostov region and RUB 1.6 billion in the Ulyanovsk region. Tele2 Russia plans to expand and develop its networks in the regions. The operator currently provides its services in 60 regions across the country.
