Tele2 Russia introduces smart audio system for customer service analysis

Mobile operator Tele2 Russia is working on introducing a smart audio system for customer service analysis to its distribution network, reports Tdaily.ru. The digital system enables it to evaluate conversations between staff and customers using AI. This could allow automation of service quality monitoring.
