Tele2 Russia upgrades CRM for corporate customers

Mobile operator Tele2 Russia has introduced the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, reports Tdaily.ru. The system was introduced in order to raise management efficiency for corporate customers. The solution will let the operator optimise and automatise business processes. This will halve the time necessary to connect new business customers.   

The Dynamics CRM system is integrated with the operator's corporate online portal. The integration will facilitate the development of digital sale channels..
