Tele2 still expects to hold physical AGM on 11 May despite ban on assemblies over 50 people

Tuesday 7 April 2020 | 12:21 CET | News
Tele2 said it currently expects to hold it AGM at its physical premises on 11 May, but recommends shareholders vote via proxy or by post, as there is a ban in Sweden on assembly of more than 50 people to avert the spread of coronavirus. The AGM could be postponed altogether if different rules apply by then or if more than 50 people attend. CEO Anders Nilsson, board chairwoman Carla Smits-Nusteling and nomination committee chairman Georgi Ganev will not give their customary presentations, and there will be no refreshments.
