Tele2 Sweden ordered to apply new MTR

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS has ordered Tele2 Sweden to lower its mobile voice call termination prices to an average maximum of SEK 0.0815 per minute by 03 July or face enforcement action. The new MTR came into force on 01 July but PTS said its monitoring has established that Tele2 is not applying it.
