Three public schools in the rural zone of Pacaraima, state of Roraima, and a post of the 3rd Special Platoon Frontier of the Brazilian Army at the border with Venezuela are the first locations to be connected to the internet via Brazil's Geostationary Defense and Strategic Communications Satellite (SGDC).
