An ownership dispute has erupted over Telecel Zimbabwe following the return of self-exiled businessman and co-founder James Makamba after twelve years in banishment, the Zimbabwe Independent reported. Since his return, he has been trying to resuscitate his business empire by taking control of the telecoms company from the government and local lawyer Gerald Mlotshwa.
