TeleChoice's NxGen to acquire 25.19% stake in MVI

Singaporean provider of services to the telecommunications industry Telechoice International's subsidiary NxGen Communications has signed a share subscription agreement with MVI Systems and its shareholders, Anke Gill, Sin Tak Fai Karl, Au-Yeung Lo Chu Chris and Yeung Ying For Maurice. NxGen has agreed to acquire a 25.19 percent stake in MVI on a fully diluted basis. The aggregate subscription price for the 25.19 percent stake in MVI is HKD 11.6 million.
