Telecom Italia sues Sky over IPTV deal - report

Telecom Italia is challenging in court the terms of an agreement it signed with Sky in 2014 to provide the media group's channels over its IPTV network, Milano Finanza reported. Without naming its source, MF said a preliminary hearing is scheduled for 5 December at which TIM will notably call for a reduction in the minimum 65,000 annual clients required under the deal. Sky is upholding the validity of the agreement, the paper said.
