Telecom Namibia provides computers, printers to Hardap Correctional Facility

Telecom Namibia has donated two computers and two printers valued at NAD 30,500 to Hardap Correctional Facility. The computers will be used in the education division to teach inmates computer literacy, amongs other things. Officer in Charge of the Hardap Correctional Facility, Deputy Commissioner Leonard Mahundu, said the facility has 50 prisoners enrolled in the educational programme and it had been unable to meet their needs for lack of educational materials and equipment.
