TeleCommunication Systems adopts NFV

TeleCommunication Systems announced that by year's end TCS will offer Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) for all of its products for location-based services and messaging. Integrating NFV enables TCS customers, including mobile operators and enterprises, to virtualize entire classes of network node functions into communication services that can run on common off-the-shelf, non-proprietary hardware platforms. Because the TCS portfolio will incorporate NFV, the new architecture is expected to enable customers to build specific and individualized networks that address their changing needs,
